Scope of Terms - These terms govern all reservations made through our Hotel Website.
Acceptance - You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.
Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD) - To guarantee your reservation a Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit (NRGD) is debited from your credit card when you click Confirm Reservation. For the security and guarantee of your booking, NRGD is being credited from your credit card which is equivalent to 6% of total room cost.
Paid NRGD is inclusive of Service Charge and Governing taxes.
Paying the NRGD enters you into a legal and valid contract with us subject to these terms of reservation. Cancellation or/Modification of your reservation shall not require the hotel to refund the NRGD.
If the Registered Guest is different from the Credit Card Holder, kindly photocopy the front of the credit card and 1 valid ID of the Card Holder to be presented by the Registered Guest upon check-in.
Credit Card Billing Descriptor - Please take note that the descriptor that would show in your credit card statement will be under the name www.quantumsuites.com
Printing of Invoices and Email Receipts - Once you have finished your reservation, you will be given an email receipt of your booking. Kindly print this email receipt and store it for safekeeping. We would refer to this receipt for any modification or changes that would be done on your booking.
Transaction Security - When you are transacting in our website, you are assured that your information is encrypted via 128-bit SSL. This technology encrypts the information from your customer browser to our secure servers and avoids third party to intercept and read the data being passed during the booking session.
Confirmed Reservation - The reservation is processed and confirmed within seconds. You will see a confirmation page and will receive an email containing your Hotel Confirmation number and reservation details that you should save and/or print for your records.
Terms of Modifying a Reservation - You may modify your reservation directly through our Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is subject to our Modification Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section. The NRGD is fixed at the time your original reservation was confirmed, therefore, modifications that are to be made to your reservation, irrespective of changes in dates, room types and/or number of nights, is not subject to additional payment. The total charges of the modified reservation minus the NRGD already paid should be settled at the hotel. Should the modified reservation’s charges be lower than the amount paid for the NRGD, it has been confirmed and accepted in the previous reservation that the paid NRGD is non-refundable and the hotel shall not be required for a refund.
Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and the Hotel Confirmation Number before modifying your reservation.
Terms of Canceling a Reservation - You may cancel your reservation directly through our Hotel Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is subject to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for Cancellation in accordance with our stated Cancellation Policies in effect at the time your reservation was confirmed.
Note: You will need the email address used for your reservation and your Hotel Confirmation Number to verify your identity before canceling your reservation.
Terms of a No-Show Occurrence - In the event that you do not arrive before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policy as stated in the Hotel Policies section you have committed a No-Show. This gives us the right to charge your credit card for the No-Show Fees as stated there.
Hotel's Responsibility - Your contract for the room services is strictly between you and the Hotel – as such, we are solely responsible for providing you the guaranteed room accommodations and related services.
Secure Reservation Processing - The reservation processing is securely facilitated by our online reservation partners.
No Liability - Neither we, nor our online reservation partners, nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to hotel and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages, even if we, and our online reservation partners have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.
Limitation of Financial Liability - In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, the liability to us, and/or our online reservation partners, if any, is limited to the Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit paid at the time of the reservation.
Governing Law - Your reservation is governed by the laws of the Philippines, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and our Hotel Website.
